Why We Opened This Position
Until now, leads came to us through word of mouth and targeted outreach done by the founder. We now have a stable pipeline of inbound inquiries and more cold contacts than we can handle effectively. We need a dedicated person to own sales end-to-end: from first contact to contract signing and handoff to the development team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from the website, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Run cold outreach in our target niches: real estate developers, restaurants, fintech, healthcare. Via email, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram.
- Conduct calls and meetings with prospects. Present the studio and get to grips with their goals.
- Prepare commercial proposals together with the CTO. Defend pricing and timelines.
- Close contracts, agree on project briefs, and hand the client over to the development team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the development phase.
- Maintain CRM records and produce funnel and conversion reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, advertising, marketing, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of digital products: websites, web apps, mobile apps — enough to speak confidently with clients.
- Fluent Kazakh and Russian (written and spoken). English for international clients is a plus.
- Clear, error-free writing — you will be representing the studio.
- Experience with any CRM (Bitrix24, AmoCRM, Pipedrive, Notion, etc.).
- Ability to listen to clients and ask the right questions rather than jumping straight to the pitch.
- Self-sufficient work style. We do not hire people who need daily supervision.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling development services or working at a digital agency.
- Knowledge of the Kazakh real estate or HoReCa market.
- Cold email outreach experience with understanding of metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversion).
- Your own client network.
